Šta ako se odlaže vađenje umnjaka?
Odlaganje vađenja umnjaka nije najbolja odlika jer može doći do značajnih komplikacija kada je u pitanju oralno zdravlje pacijenata. Praktično, što duže čekate, to postoje veće šanse za probleme. Kako izgleda zahvat i šta očekivati?
Operacija vađenja umnjaka se izvodi pod lokalnom anestezijom, što znači da je potpuno bezbolna. Tokom zahvata se pravi rez na gingivi i uklanja se deo alveolarne kosti. Kroz otvor napravljen u kosti, vadi se preostali koren ili retinirani/impaktirani zub. Na kraju postupka, rana je prekrivena gingivom, koja se zatim šije. Rana zarasta u roku od 7 dana, nakon čega se uklanjaju šavovi. Kost se spontano obnavlja tako da nakon nekoliko meseci popunjava nastali defekt. Vađenje umnjaka je rutinska hirurška procedura i danas sve češća procedura u stomatologiji. Nakon alveotomije mogu se javiti postoperativni bol i blagi otok, što je normalna reakcija zbog rada na tkivu i lako se otklanja zavojima.
Saveti nakon vađenja umnjaka
- Nakon operacije potrebno je nanositi hladne obloge na mesto zahvata kako bi se smanjio otok
- U slučaju bolova, uzimanje analgetika po preporuci stomatologa
- Uzimanje antibiotika za skraćenje postoperativnog oporavka
- Nakon 7 dana, šavovi se skidaju, a sve ovo vreme potrebno je što više održavati oralnu higijenu i nežnim pokretima četkati ranu kako bi se uklonile naslage
- Ispiranje usne duplje čajem od žalfije, slanom vodom ili antiseptikom
- U slučaju blagog krvarenja iz šavova, na njih se može staviti mokra kesica čaja (preporučuje se crni čaj)
- Posle same procedure poželjno je jesti tečnu hranu, uz izbegavanje toplih napitaka i tople hrane
- Preporučuje se izbegavanje pušenja odmah nakon procedure
- Preporučuje se izbegavanje konzumiranja alkohola

I was completely satisfied with Dr. Borislav Markov's care and treatment. I would send my children to him!I received to implants at home in California, USA. I needed the final restoration, requiring 2 "crowns" to match the implants and with consideration of excessive grinding.I happened to be traveling in the Balkans, and in Belgrade for 2 weeks. I did an extensive search for a dentist for the work I needed. Nobody in Belgrade matched the Markov Clinic's reviews or the detailed communications of Dr. Markov we had before I set appointments. He was detailed, helpful, and worked with my schedule. He was also very familiar with the brand and model of the implants (the very best.)My personal experiences going to Novi Sad for appointments was a surprise. It is only 60 to 90 minutes from Belgrade. An easy straightforward drive. Car rentals start at about 25 to 30 Euros per day. Novi Sad is an interesting and lovely city that I don't think I would have experienced the city and it was a big bonus in my travels.Dr. Markov was a gentleman. He was a gracious and friendly host. He shared some terrific personal stories of his own travel adventures. He was not rushing me in and out, quite the opposite.His staff is equally professional. They work together with ease. Dental Surgery?
Dental surgery is the surgery of jaw bones and teeth. Therefore, it covers quite a number of dental procedures or medical procedures that involve artificial modification of dentition. It includes the following procedures below.
Dental Surgery Procedures
1. Endodontic: This is a type of surgery involving the root or pulp of the tooth.
a. Root Canal: A root canal surgery is an endodontic treatment done by an endodontist or dentist in order to treat a diseased or damaged tooth with the tooth root exposed. It involves removing the inflamed tooth pulp and tooth root from underneath the enamel and dentin in order to relieve pain and save a tooth from extraction (hence creating a root canal).
The infected tooth is drilled and has its pulp removed, only to be replaced with an inert substance. Afterwards, a crown is placed atop the tooth to save it. In the past, a root canal was infamous for its painfulness. However, modern endodontic therapy of the root canal is nothing like the old days. It’s much more efficient and less painful than before.
b. Pulpotomy: This is the precursor to a root canal procedure. It involves opening the tooth’s pulp chamber for the sake of draining the pulp infection. To be more specific, it removed the diseased portion of the pulp and leaves alone the rest of the pulp so that there’s no need for a full-blown root canal procedure.
This endodontic treatment is used in case the patient wishes to maintain the vitality of the remaining healthy pulpal tissue. Its advantages include having living teeth preserved that’s able to tell hot from cold temperatures as well as receive nutrients from your blood. A tooth with the root removed is more likely to crumble and break.
This procedure involves removing all the pulp in the pulp chamber temporarily for the sake of pain relief. Pulpectomy is typically called for when pulpotomy isn’t an option and all of the tooth’s pulp has become infected, inflamed, and disease-ridden. After removal, the canals are medicated and cleaned.
Sometimes, dentists do pulpectomy on primary or milk teeth. In such cases, the pulp is replaced with resorbable material. This is the recommended course of action for irreversible pulpitis on redicular and coronal pulp as well as primary molars that are abscessed.
